For the Snapdragon 9345

Dell documents USB4 ports with DisplayPort and power delivery. Its port instructions also say not to attach both host leads of a two-lead Dell dock to the two USB-C ports simultaneously. Use the documented single-host connection. Dell: XPS 13 9345 USB4 and video ports

Test the direct connection first

  1. Record the processor and full model.
  2. Choose one video-capable host port and a matching monitor input.
  3. Use the correct cable direction and select that input on the monitor.
  4. Verify the picture mode before introducing the dock.
  5. Compare native-video and software-driven outputs separately.

Dell’s listed dock and its recovery note

Dell lists WD22TB4 among the XPS 13 9345 display accessories. Its separate no-video article describes reconnecting the host or monitor cable, or restarting, as recovery options. Windows compatibility needs a scope

For 9345, confirm that any required display software supports Windows on ARM and is allowed by your organization. A Windows installer intended for another processor is insufficient evidence. Native USB4 video and USB display software are separate paths; a problem in one does not prove the other fails.
